2 LB small cucumbers
2 garlic cloves
3 dill branches
1 hot pepper
4-5 coriander whole seeds
Salt
Vinegar
Directions:
Wash the cucumbers and drain
Put them in a jar as tight as possible
Prepare a mix of 3 cups water, 1 cup vinegar and 2 tbsp salt and pour over the cucumbers to top them
Cover the jar with a tight lid and let it sit for at least a week
