1 cup good quality tahini (from roasted sesame)
4 minced garlic cloves
1 large bunch of parsley
1 jalapeno pepper
½ cup fresh lemon juice
Salt
2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
Olive oil
Water
Directions:
In a food processor, ground the parsley, the jalapeno and the garlic
Add the tahini, the salt and the lemon and continue to process while adding water a bit at a time until a smooth paste is achieved
Sprinkle some pine nuts on top and serve.
