2 cup flour
1 pound lamb cut to cubes
4 chopped onions
3 tbsp live oil
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
Steaming pot
Directions:
Mix the flour and the salt
Add the water and the oil and keep mixing
Make a ball and put aside for ½ hour
Mix the lamb, the onion with some salt and pepper and keep in refrigerator
Flatten the dough to a thin leaf and cut into squares of about 2 inches
Put some of the lamb filling in the center of each dough square and close each 2 cross corners and then pinch all loose ends to seal the dough
Fill the steaming pot with water and heat up to steam point
Put the dumplings in the steaming basket and cook for half hour
