* 4 medium onions, peeled and cut into 1/4" rings
* 1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons margarine
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 1 (12 oz.) package Manischewitz Egg or Yolk Free Noodles
* 4 cups Manischewitz Chicken Broth
Your choice of two greens:
* one pound fresh spinach
* 1 head of bitter greens such as kale rappini or chicory
* 1 pound Napa cabbage
* 1 pound bok choy
