* 1 onion, cut in rings
* 1 bag frozen corn
* 1 can red beans
* 2 sliced tomatoes
* 1 cucumber, cut in cubes
* Red pepper
* Green pepper
* Olive oil
* Vinegar
* Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil the penne ziti in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Drain
3. Place them with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
