* 5-6 matza pieces * 2-3 lb ground meat * 3-4 onions * 5-6 eggs * small pot of chicken broth
Directions:
1. Place 5-6 pieces of matza in a pan and add 4-5 cups of chicken broth and soak for 15 minutes 2. Take a rectangular shaped pan and place 3 matzot to make a layer. 3. In the mean time, sauté the onions with a little olive oil. 4. Adding the ground meat with some salt and pepper to taste. 5. When it's done you beat 2 - 3 eggs and combine everything by mixing well. 6. Place the meat mixture onto the bottom layer of matza. 7. Then place another layer of matza on top of that 8. At the finale you beat another 2 - 3 eggs mixed with olive oil and pour it all over what you have built. 9. Then pour chicken broth all over the whole unit. 10. Cover with foil and bake 375°F for about 1/2 hour or until is crispy.
