Ingredients:

1 lb chopped spinach
3 eggs
3 oz cashkaval cheese
2 potatoes boiled and crated
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt

Directions:

Mix the spinach with 2 eggs, ¼ of the potatoes and the bread crumbs.
Grease a large cake pan with pam or oil and heat it in preheated oven to 375 deg. F
Take the pan out and flatten the mix in the pan.
Mix the rest of the potato with pepper and salt and lay them on top of the spinach mix in mushroom shapes.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
