# 1-3/4 cups sugar
# 1 cup vegetable oil
# 3 eggs
# 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin (unsweetened)
# 3 cups flour
# 1 tsp. baking soda
# 1-2 tsp. salt
# 2 tsp. cinnamon
# 1 cup raisins
# 1 cup chopped walnuts
# (optional) - 1 ripe banana
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 1 Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
3. Beat sugar and oil.
4. Beat in eggs until fluffy.
5. Add pumpkin. Mix well.
6. Add dry ingredients and stir.
7. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into pan.
8. Bake 1 hour.
