1 pound flour
¾ pound feta cheese
1 pack dry yeast
2 eggs
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup water
3 oz butter
Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, oil, butter and water until smooth dough and let it rise
Mix the rest of the ingredients to create the filling
After dough risen, create golf size ball
Using a dough roll, roll the dough ball to a flat disc around 3 inch diameter
Put 1 tbsl of the filling on one half of the disc
Fold the empty half over the filling and pinch the edges to seal the pocket
Pre heat oven to 375 degree F and bake the pockets until golden (about 20 minutes)
