2 eggs
4 tomatos
3 garlic clovers
Jalapinio according to taste (1/2)
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
Slice the tomatos (recommended to peal them), put them in a pot with the jalapinio, the garli, the salt and the pepper.
Cook in medium heat for 20 minutes.
Break the eggs on top and cook until the eggs are done.
Eaten by dipping pieces of fresh bread and eating with hand.
