2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 chopped onion
1 green hot pepper
4 tbsp bread crumbs
½ tsp cumin
3 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Mix the bread crumbs, the cumin, the salt and the black pepper
Sprinkle the mix over the ground beef and mix
Add the water and mix well
Clean the hot pepper from stem and seeds, chop and sprinkle over the beef
Add the parsley and the onion, mix well and store in refrigerator for an hour
Form kebobs and skew them
Broil over charcoal
