1 pack firm tofu (14 oz)
1 onion
1 potato
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped mint
5 garlic cloves
2 eggs
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sweet paprika
Hot pepper according to taste
Bread crumbs as needed
1 bottle of canola oil for deep frying
Directions:
Pell the onion, grate it and squeeze to drain all liquids
Pell the potato, grate it and squeeze to drain all liquids
Cut the tofu into stripes and squeeze to drain all liquids
Process all ingredients (except the bread crumbs) in a food processor
Move to a large bowl and add bread crumbs, small amount at a time until a steady mix is achieved
Heat oil in a large pot, make balls or kebobs and drop carefully into the hot oil.
Fry until brown and serve hot or cold
