1 LB sliced tuna fish
A bunch of cilantro (chopped)
10 garlic cloves
1 sliced red pepper
4 tbsp paprika
Hot pepper to taste
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Directions:
Soak the tuna in the lemon juice, ½ tsp salt and ½ cup hot water
In a pan lay out the slices of the red pepper
Lay the tuna slices on top of the pepper slices
Spread the garlic cloves and the cilantro on top of the tuna
Mix the paprika, the hot pepper and the oil to achieve a homogenous sauce
Pour the sauce over the tuna
Pour water to top the tuna slices
Cook in medium heat until all water is vaporized
