Ingredients:


Dough:
3 cups flour
1 pack dry yeast
ΒΌ tsp salt

Stuffing:
1 lb spinach
2 chopped onions
4 oz feta cheese


Directions:


Dough:
Mix ingredients to achieve smooth dough and cover it to rise.

Stuffing:
Fry the onions until golden.
Add the spinach and cook until soft and let it cool down.

Crush the feta cheese and add to the cooked spinach.
When dough is ready, make balls about the size of golf ball and flatten them to a disc using dough roller.
Put a teaspoon full of stuffing on one side of the disc and fold the empty side over to create half circle.
Pinch the edges of the half circle to seal the dough around the stuffing.
Bake in oven in 375 deg. F until golden.
Remove from oven and brush the surface with olive oil.
Serve hot.
