Ingredients:


4 tbsp of ground fenugreek
2 ground garlic cloves
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar


Directions:


In a large bowl soak the fenugreek with one 1 cup of water and the lemon juice for 2 hours. Drain the liquids and add 2 cups of fresh water and soak again for 2 hour. Repeat previous step.
Drain liquids and move the paste to a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and 1 cup of water and blend.
Add more water if you prefer it softer.

Can be spread over Lahuh or bread or add to any food.
